Mar. 21--LAFAYETTE -- Susan Treb was making the rounds here a few weeks ago, delivering fliers about the grand opening of her new business. She walked into a Starbucks store on Mount Diablo Boulevard and asked whether she could post her notice on the bulletin board. "Pole dancing?" the attendant asked. "Well, I don't know. ..." Treb didn't force it, but she did hand a few fliers to interested customers.
