Maybe in Robert Treat's nightmares he finds himself at work fully clothed. Maybe roomfuls of people refuse to stare, won't scrutinize every bend and bubble of flesh.

Waking hours are just the opposite for Seattle's most frequently naked, most frequently drawn and painted man. For 27 years, Treat, 55, has posed au naturel for nearly every University of Washington painting student, for budding sculptors at Seattle University, for professional and amateur artists all over the state.
