Syracuse University junior Paul Harris admitted that he had given little attention to the Orange's early season schedule. All he was focusing on, said Harris, was Syracuse's regular-season debut tonight against Le Moyne in the CBE Classic at the Carrier Dome.
When apprised that Syracuse would test its mettle early and often, the emphasis being on the word "often" with three games in six days, five games in 10 days and a rugged gantlet of eight games in the season's first 18 days, Harris stopped in his tracks.
