WASHINGTON, July 21 /U.S. Newswire/ -- Following is a transcript of remarks by President Clinton on 'Larry King Live' last night:

MR. KING: We're back on Larry King Live. Now, you would think these are too pretty powerful -- the President of the United States. We're doing all right. The President had another commitment he didn't know about, right? So there's a schedule -- so he'll be with us until the top of the hour. However, every six months we have a kind of rotating date, right?, as promised during the campaign.

THE PRESIDENT: And I owe you a half an hour now.

MR. KING: And he'll owe us a half an hour, so the next appearance will be 90 minutes in six months. Or two hours, ...
